The Ogun State House of Assembly aspirant for Abeokuta North State Constituency, Engr. Tajhdeen Olalekan Ishola has urged people of Abeokuta North Local Government, Ogun State and Nigeria at large to learn from lessons brought the holy month, Ramadan which just ended yesterday.

In a Press release issued and Signed

Consequently, we would consolidate on the projects we have started, such as bore hole project across the sixteen wards. The first one at Ilawo Oke Ona Ward 1, Abeokuta has been completed and ready for use."

Ishola stated further that the empowerment programmes of Irorun Movement would go on as planned.
He advised people to celebrate with merriments with moderation. He then offered prayers for peace and tranquility of our constituency, Ogun state and indeed Nigeria.

Group promises to support Amosun candidate with N25m
Group promises to support Amosun candidate with N25m

A group known as Movement for Yewa Awori For Governor (MOYAG) has promised to support the governorship candidate from Governor Ibikunle Amosun with the sum of N25 million to campaign for gubernatorial race in 2019.
Mr Sola Oyekanmi, Chairman of MOYAG promised this during a press conference held on Tuesday at the NUJ Secretariat, Iwe Iroyin, Oke Ilewo Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The Chairman of the movement said the group would begin to sensitise and encourage participation in the electoral process within the senatorial district to achieve the set objective, come 2019.

”It is not that we lack competency in our zone. Also this political imbalance has seen other senatorial districts benefit more infrastructural development than the senatorial district. The movement is willing to support anyone and all credible efforts to ensure that next governor of Ogun state comes from our senatorial district.

”MOYAG hereby states that when governor Amosun delivers his promise, the entire people of Ogun west senatorial district will be very grateful and it will be recorded in history as the most significant pillar of support for Yewa Awori people towards our pursuit for development and political advancement,” Oyekanmi said.
