Our light rail project will provide jobs Opportunities for teeming youths, Amosun tells Alake

The Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosun has told the Egbas that the light rail project initiated by his administration would provide jobs Opportunities to the teeming youths when completed. Amosun made this while addressing people at the 30th Lisabi day concluded yesterday at Alake Palace, Ake Abeokuta. He thanked the Egba economic submit that empowered many youths on Small and medium scale businesses at this year edition of the occasion.

Ogun State government has said the light rail project
signed with Chinese Civil Engineering Construction
Company, CCECC, was a contractor-
financed arrangement, using long term development
fund, which will open the state economy to massive
investment and create employment opportunities for
the youths.

Governor Amosun who addressed people in Yoruba language said the light rail project might have been completed before the next Lisabi day next year.

On their parts, both Alake of Egbaland, Oba Aremu Gbadebo and Lisabi Day committee Chairman, Captain Rasheed Raji Rtd. thanked the governor for his developmental projects across of Egbaland.
