Senate President, Bukola Saraki's protégé and the former Minister for Sports, Bolaji Abdullahi has emerged as the new Publicity Secretary of All Progressives Congress, APC.
This was ratified at the mini-Convention of the party held today at the New Chelsea Hotel, Abuja at 11a.m.
The delegates from only
the six states of the North-central zone were at the convention, while the Senate
President, members of the National Working
Committee (NWC) as well as Some governors from
the states also attended the the convention. The party spokesman, Alhaji Lai Muhammad has been appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari as Minister for Information and Culture last year. This left the office vacant
as Mr. Timi Frank who is the Deputy National
Publicity Secretary was denied the position due
his frosty relationship with senior members of
the party.
