ONDO 2016: Oke, Angry APC supporters defect to AD

The Governorship Aspirant of All Progressives Congress, Olusola Oke, Supporters of other two Governorship Aspirants, Chief Olusegun Abraham and Senator Ajayi Borofice who have been angry over the controversial APC governorship primary have decamped to Alliance for Democracy.

 Newspaper Online confirmed that Senator Borofice will also support Olusola Oke's candidature but he will not decamp to Alliance for Democracy to avoid controversy  in the Senate.

 The National leadership of the Alliance for Democracy (A.D) has officially written a letter to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the replacement of its candidate for the coming governorship election in Ondo State while the Name of the party candidate, Dr. Akin Olowookere ealier submitted has been removed.

Olowookere has agreed to the latest development as he would be part of the Olusola Oke team, this followed the intervention of the founding fathers of Alliance for Democracy.

The Media aide to Chief Oke, Ogunleye Rotimi Williams confirmed the story in an interview, saying the development would be made public later today.
