The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Thursday has removed a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly representing Opobo/Nkoro Constituency, Hon. Andrew Miller of the All Progressives Congress, who won March 19, 2016 re-run in the state.
Justice Ibrahim Saulawa-led panel in a unanimous judgement, nullified the Certificate of Return issued to Miller by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
The panel then ordered INEC to issue fresh certificate to the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate in the re-run, Mr. Diri Adonye.
