The day FAM provides free medical services, Cash to Widows, Aged people in Imeko-Afon

It was not more than a month, When Newspaper Online crew went to Ayetoro to cover Ayetoro Day. We reported the activities of a non-governmental organization, FAUSAT ASAKUN MEMORIAL FOUNDATION which attracted our attention at the annual colourful occasion of the town.

FAM foundation also extended the similar humanitarian and philanthropic gestures to people of Imeko-Afon on Tuesday. The medical personnel and the group cordinators were on ground at the Lafenwa area where the event took place. Many people were giving the special medical services while some widows and aged collected cash donated by the FAM Foundation founded by Jagunmolu of Jogaland and Mayegun of Igan Okoto, Chief Akande Omoniyi.

Interestingly, Health and Medical Union represented by National Association of Nigeria Nurses And
Midwives (NANNM) secretary of Yewa North Local Government chapter, Comrade Akingbade Benedict tremendously lauded FAM foundation activities, as the unions ranked the foundation as the best Humanitarian foundation of the year 2016 among others in the area, that catering for the needy.

The Union commended that FAM FOUNDATION has been able to touch many lives, alleviated people's suffering of diverse health problems like Hypertension, Malaria, Osteoarthritis, Malgia among others.

Some Community Leaders of the area were on ground as well the Foundation Cordinators, Mr. Sola Adeyemi, Mr. Sobur and others.
