Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo will on Saturday commission the N350m Mosque named Baytus-Salam Central Mosque which is constructed inside his Presidential Library at his 80th birthday ceremony.
There was fund raising for the mosque in 2012 where the governors of Sokoto, Kano, Kebbi, Kastina
and Ogun States were in attendance at the
ceremony as well as several captains of
industries.
N400m was raised instead of N350m that was proposed for the construction of the mosque.
Church had been earlier built inside the Presidential Library
where the former President preaches at times.
