  The  Missing Treasure  ‘’ ?’’

 Once Upon a time . There was a clan where the king sent out the town crier to announce the lost of a treasure , anyone that finds it , has surely found a treasure ; anyone that possess it surely posses a treasure and  anyone that owns it or with it , owns or is with a treasure . Unfortunately, the king’s men went on a desperate  manhunt  carrying about the gift of treasure , but no one has claimed responsibility for being in possession of the king’s treasure .  What is the king looking for ?  . The nine  letter words the king is looking for has remained a puzzle , because none of the king’s men mentioned it, yet they knew what they were looking for if and when they found it they could feel and recognise it  . Yes, the  nine  letter words is the subject of our discourse today . Do you have one ? Have you found one? Are you in possession of one ? . When Frank Jefkins , one of the father’s of public relations said ‘’ Image is Everything’’, some people went on to modify it to read ‘’ Image is the Only Thing’’. The King’s treasure matters for the  success of a human element or organisation as an entity , yet people wants successes , but they do not possess it  . Can people vow for you ? Can you be entrusted with responsibilities? Did you have the priceless gift  or you are a let down ? What are you renowned for ?  We should all search our conscience . The irony of the matter is this : Some people does not even have a single dose of the treasured tablet  ; some still have few left and some still have in abundance . Sure, the priceless gift  does not wear tattered garment , it puts on the garb of purity . Many a people +-today appear in the society with clean and sparkling garment, yet the king’s men can still not find the priceless possession beneath  their  colourful garment . What went wrong ?  Robert Green in the 48   Laws of Power  knew what he meant when he admonishes people to hold on to their reputation and guard it with their life , if need be . Robert Green was simply saying ,protect it as the only available worldly possession you have . As a matter of fact,  if you have it , you have got everything . But, how can people guard  what they do not possess? Because , the valuable so called priceless possession  have gone missing , many people have  joined the  King’s men in the market place or world stage  to look for it  with a mindset to reward anyone found with it instantly , but still they have become weary and are yet to find no one ! Are you in possession of that priceless gift ?  Yoruba people use to say . when some people greet you ‘’ E kaaro  o’’ , meaning ‘’Good Morning’’, you should take a second look at the sky to find out if the day has actually break . It is a as bad as that with some of us . What is the King Looking for ? Who has helped us to find one? Who stole the King’s possession ?  Are you the man or woman the world is looking for ? Have you found Integrity ? Do you have Integrity ? Let’s all search our conscience and deep enough ! Good day.
