stealing Motorcycle

two count charge of criminal trespass and theft

N 2,000 for each offence.

ordered that the recovered motorcycle be returned to the owner.

Ndidi said that the convict invaded Shegberga house at about 8:00 p.m. and stole
his Bajaj motorcycle worth N130, 000 and was apprehended and handed over to
the police for proper investigation and interrogation.

Code.

A lawyer from the Legal Aid council, Mrs Chika Ikem-Ngbemena, prayed the court
to be lenient to the convict.

pleaded guilty, saving the court the pains of protracted prosecution.
