Hoodlums attack Secondary school in Abeokuta

Hoodlums numbering about 15 invaded Saje High School at
Saje area of Abeokuta, and attacked some of
the students and staff of the school.

Five teachers, the
school’s bursar and some of the students were injured in the attack.

According to the source in the school, there was an argument
between a senior secondary school student
and a security guard who prevented her from
entering the premises through the gate of the
junior secondary school.

The student
who was chased by the security guard from the school premises, she fell
down while escaping, and reported the
incident to her parents who mobilized the
hoodlums to the school.

The about 15 hoodlums descended
on the school teachers, students and non-
teaching staff, and took the security guard to
an unknown location in Abeokuta.

The incident made other students to run helter skelter for their dare lives.
