It was learnt that Christiana, 37, had asked
the husband for money for foods to
celebrate Christmas, but the husband
said he didn’t have any money, and this led to a quarrel which degenerated to physical combat.

The mother of three children picked a knife and stabbed her husband to death.
The man
screamed for help as he was drenched in
blood when the neighbours around visited the house, the woman said it was not intentional. The case was reported at Owode-onirin police station, the suspect was arrested while the remains was reportedly deposited at Ikorodu General Hospital's morgue.

Police authority confirmed the case as it had been transferred to State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence department (SCIID), Yaba, Lagos.
